At Sagro, we strive to ensure your orders reach you in the best condition and within reasonable timelines, through our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery Timelines
- Local orders: usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
- Outstation orders: within 3–7 working days.
- Remote locations (e.g., Jammu & Kashmir, North East India, Kerala): 5–9 working days.
- Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, government restrictions or other force majeure events).
Shipping Days
- Orders are dispatched from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- There are no shipments on Tuesdays and Public Holidays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (courier partner and tracking number).
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
- In rare cases, delays in tracking updates may occur due to third-party system or network issues.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order with Sagro, you confirm that:
- The delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.
- You have checked the product description before placing the order.
- You or an authorized person will be available at the delivery address and reachable by phone at the time of delivery.
- Any extra costs incurred due to incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability will be your responsibility.
- Sagro cannot be held responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or additional costs if the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.
